Clear brush, vegetation, and debris from the tank access lid. If your tank access lid is covered, we can't pump. If you select "No" on "Is your lid exposed," we will need to schedule an appointment to find your access lid. If you know where your access lid is but it's covered, please uncover it or clear the debris from the lid before submitting a form.
