Position Overview

Perform septic tank repairs and installations, maintain equipment, and deliver excellent customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairs and Installations: Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial septic systems, ensuring proper function and compliance.
  • Inspections: Conduct system inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
  • Customer Service: Communicate professionally with clients, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Recordkeeping: Log services, work orders, and compliance details accurately.
  • Additional Tasks: Attend training, and handle on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in septic system repair/installation or similar trade.
  • Knowledge of septic systems and local regulations.
  • Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to pass background/drug screenings.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.

Preffered:

  • Septic system certification.
  • Experience with excavation or heavy equipment operation.

Work Environment:

Outdoor work in various weather conditions, with exposure to odors and chemicals. Flexible hours, including weekends/evenings and on-call shifts.
